Can a showing agent solicit your client during a Showing?
No. ShowNxt showing agents are only there to open doors; nothing more, during showings. ShowNxt, is there to do a great job showing properties to your clients.
When real estate professionals schedule services, when is payment required?
When booking ShowNxt service(s), you are required to submit payment at that time.
As an agent, how do I get paid when I complete a ShowNxt service(s)?
Payment less any fees will be released within three business days after completion of a paid successful ShowNxt service. Agents are contractors for ShowNxt, and will be issued a 1099 for performed services.
How does ShowNxt notify me?
You will receive automatic text notifications or email(s). We will keep you informed throughout the entire process from beginning to end. You can change your notification preferences in the app or website.
